Incorporated in 1996, WAY is an independent and privately owned financial services group whose principal activities are the provision of WAY-branded retail unit trusts through the independent financial adviser (IFA) sector throughout the UK and the management of third party unit trusts and ICVCs on behalf of other financial institutions.

WAY Fund Managers Limited (WFM) was established in 2000 as the regulated WAY Group (WAY) unit trust company to provide a home for both internal (WAY-branded) and external Third Party (Elite-branded) Unit Trusts and OEICs.
